Dean Allen, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Allen was born in Pasadena, California and raised in Simi Valley, California. He moved to Colleyville during his Junior year in High School and graduated from Grapevine High School in 1988.
While in high school, Dr. Allen was involved in the arts, focusing on musical performance and participated in band, orchestra and many recreational ensembles. Dr. Allen then attended Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah pursuing a degree in music.
Dr. Allen received his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1998. Since then, he has owned/operated clinics in Richardson, Dallas, and Irving, Texas. Coming full circle, he currently owns his independent facility in Grapevine.
In addition to providing excellent chiropractic care, Dr. Allen has had further studies in the field of Functional Medicine, receiving his Masters of Science from The University of Western States. Functional Medicine is the field of treating the body as a whole; functionally, nutritionally, and spiritually, to attain the highest level of healing.
Dr. Allen also has been trained by the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture to offer help for a variety of conditions.
Adding extensive experience in myofascial release, massage therapy, nutrition, and in treating children, Dr. Allen provides the most comprehensive care to help his patients and their families in all aspects of their recovery and maintenance of proper function.
Amy Hayes
Front Desk/Office Manager
Amy joined Allen Chiropractic in January 2014. She is a new resident to Texas, moving to the Keller area from Illinois in August 2013. Though she has prior medial office experience, for the previous 21 years Amy was a stay-at-home Mom to three boys. She is enjoying the challenge of returning to the work force and loves her new position with the Allen team. She says that the best part has been getting to know her co-workers and all of their wonderful patients.
Elizabeth Champion
Personal Training/Chiropractic Assistant
Elizabeth has always loved helping and motivating others. So when she joined the Allen Chiropractic family in October 2013, she found the right place for her. Starting off working the front desk, she was able to get her personal training certificate from the Cooper Institute and now works with the patients. She loves the Allen Chiropractic family and patients that she has gotten to know on a personal level.
